Unlike many profiling tools on the market, Compass indicators are based upon behaviours, not personality, and therefore offer a more nuanced assessment.

The indicators do this by describing your fundamental behaviours in a business context, focusing on management style (ELM), communication (TFK), risk appetite (Risk) and productivity (Pace). By mapping and understanding where you are now, the tools can be used to help you navigate your future path.
